Winnie Nwagi has chastised Cinderella Sanyu aka Cindy and requested that the self-proclaimed ‘King Herself’ refrain from familiarity and ranking artists.
Cindy became verbal after announcing her ‘Come Back’ event, which will take place on September 15, 2023, at Kololo Airstrip.
The ‘King Herself’ branded Sheebah a youngster in music when at Rozaho Restaurant in Kololo, admitting that she wrote her first song ‘Kunyenyeza’.
Cindy Sanyu also boasted that no local female musician can compete musically with her, and that only Grace Nakimera from the past could try.
The King Herself and the mother of three was then asked where Winnie Nwagi ranks in her books and she responded, “Winnie Nwagi is good but she is also a young brand compared to me”. Her words did not go well with Nwagi.
In an interview with NTV The Beat, Nwagi told Cindy to slow down and stop ranking artists because each has his/her own luck and know where they want to be.
Nwagi is known as a no-nonsense singer and many revelers have tasted her wrath especially those who tempt to disorganize her while performing.
Individuals and journalists who cross the line have also found themselves at receiving end.
