This she accomplished by sharing a throwback 1993 Yoruba Tv series, ‘Owuro Lojo’, a testament to her enduring and illustrious career.
The film shared on her Instagram page, captured an exceedingly fresh-faced Joke Silva skillfully embodying a scene with a notably youthful Peju Ogunmola, fervently conversing in the captivating rhythm of the Yoruba dialect.
Offering a tantalizing glimpse into the film’s plot, Joke Silva revealed that ‘Owuro Lojo’ intricately navigates the intertwining destinies of three vibrant women, whose lives bear the fiery imprints of choices made in their fledgling years.
According to her description, the film was written and produced by Bunmi Oyinsan.
The adept thespian underscored that the enthralling series boasts a cast including luminaries like Joke Silva, Olu Jacobs, and Ben Tomoloju, along with the captivating presence of Iya Rainbow (Idowu Phillips), Nike Gboye (Iya Beji), Peju Ogunmola, Salome Eketunde, and an array of other remarkable personalities.
