The self-acclaimed African Giant, Burna Boy sparks mixed reactions as he begs his fans for money during a show in London.
A video making the rounds on social media captured the moment Burna Boy billed his audience while emphatically stating that their request for an extra show performance was not paid for.
The audience was at first stunned by the request but obliged in the end following the insistence of the singer who stated that their refusal would mean they owed him.
A number of fans, however, stretched out cash and a single pound note from a fan was accepted by Burna Boy after which he started the show.
He thrilled his fans with ‘It’s Plenty,’ a track from his Love Damini album released in the year 2022.
“I need money; let me show you why I need money. Let me explain why. You guy’s did not pay for what I am about to do. Right now, you are owing me. Once I start just consider yourself a debtor,” he stated.
