ACp Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, has stated that he has never accepted a bribe from any Nigerian throughout his career in the police force.
This affirmation came on Monday in response to a question posed by a verified user on social media, who requested Adejobi to swear on his village deity to confirm his claim of never accepting bribes.
The inquiry arose after Adejobi emphasized that bail is provided free of charge and advised Nigerians against paying any money for it.
In his response, Adejobi reiterated that he has never engaged in bribery since he joined the police force in 2005.
Additionally, he mentioned that as a crowned prince of Owu, accepting a bribe would be ludicrous.
