The stepmother of the late Nigerian singer, Mohbad, has shared that a church pastor tilted his neck after anointing his lifeless body.
A recently posted video shows the woman calmly sitting with Mohbad’s father and explaining the position of his head in the coffin.
Another woman in the room expresses curiosity, suggesting that Mohbad may not have been dead for his head to be arranged in such a way.
In native Yoruba language, she stated, “For his neck to be like that, it means Mohbad has not died.”
Mohbad’s stepmother clarifies that the pastor lifted his neck to anoint his head with oil before placing his body back in a bent position.
She responded, “The church’s pastor lifted his neck in a particular way to pour anointing oil on his head. But when his head was placed back, the neck positioned itself in a bent way.”
The other woman maintains her belief that Mohbad wasn’t dead because a stiff and immovable neck would be expected.
