Veteran comedian, Atunyota Alleluya Akpobome, professionally known as Ali Baba, has taken a swipe at the Vice President, Kashim Shettima for what he described as ‘disrespect for Christianity’.
Ali Baba took to his Instagram page to share a photo collage of Shettima at a church event alongside Muslims observing their prayer.
In the photos, the former Borno State Governor was captured wearing a cap while other political elites beside him removed their hats.
According to the comedian, respecting people’s beliefs, rituals, and observations is essential when they enter a place considered holy; however, the vice president acted otherwise.
He captioned the photo: “When you enter a place considered holy or sacred by a people, you respect their beliefs, rituals, and observations… thats how it done.
“You do it to honour who your hosts are. But then again.”
