A few moments ago, Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho publicly reacted to comments made by his manager, Erik Ten Hag, about his recent training efforts.
Recall that Erik Ten Hag came out a few moments ago to clarify the reason why Sancho was not present during today’s game against Arsenal, revealing that he dropped the England International from the squad due to poor performances in training.
In a statement released on his Official Twitter handle now known as “X”, Sancho revealed that he will not allow people saying things that is completely untrue because he has conducted himself in training very well this week.
The England International revealed that he believes that there are other reasons to why he was dropped from the squad today by Erik Ten Hag but he wouldn’t not go into details. Jadon Sancho further stressed that he has been used as a scapegoat for a very long time now and it’s not fair.
“In his Words”
“Please don’t believe everything you read, I will not allow people saying things that is completely untrue, I have conducted myself in training very well this week. I believe there are other reasons for this matter that I won’t go into, I have been a scapegoat for a long time which isn’t fair”.
“All I want to do is play football with a smile on my face and contribute to my team, I respect all the decisions that are made by the coaching staff, I will continue to fight for this badge no matter what”, Jadon Sancho said and it stirred massive reactions from football fans across the globe.
