Yhemolee shades Naira Marley as he mourns demise of Mohbad

Popular actor and singer, Yhemolee, has taken to his Instagram to subtly criticize Naira Marley, the founder of Marlian Records, following Naira Marley’s tribute to his late ex-signee, Mohbad.

The tribute came amid a cloud of controversy surrounding Mohbad’s untimely death.

Naira Marley had broken his silence on the ongoing controversies surrounding his record label and the tragic passing of Mohbad.

His speech, though belated, sought justice for the late singer.

However, Yhemolee was quick to voice his concerns about the lack of accountability and empathy in Naira Marley’s tribute.

In his Instagram story, Yhemolee described Naira Marley’s tribute as an example of “gaslighting,” a term used to describe the act of manipulating someone psychologically into questioning their own sanity.

Yhemolee’s criticism implied that Naira Marley’s statement lacked the fundamental elements of addressing the loss of a human life and appeared to downplay the severity of the situation.

In Yhemolee words;

“Na today I experience gaslighting with my kokoro eyes. Rest on champ,” 

In another Instagram story post,

“We struggle to survive only to end up leaving the world without notification,” Yhemolee added.
