Former Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ housemates Christy O and Kess have defended their co-star and Level Up winner, Phyna, after Davido claimed that he did not know her.
Creebhills reported that Davido had created a stir online after liking a tweet shading Phyna.
The artist, who is now trending on Twitter, accidentally liked a message that called Phyna useless.
A Twitter user remarked that certain celebrities are idolized by their supporters, and he questions and judges them.
The Twitter user went on to say that one star he can’t understand why people Stan is Phyna.
Surprisingly, Davido liked the tweet and this created a stir online with some defending him, while others dragged him.
Reacting to it, Phyna had questioned what she had done to the singer for him to like a negative tweet about her. Unbothered by the negativity, she went on to congratulate Davido and Chioma on the birth of their twins.
Davido reacted to it by apologizing to her, as he made it known that he didn’t know who she was.
Coming to her defense, Christy O stated that one must live under a rock to not know Davido.
Sending a message to Phyna, she made it known that everyone wouldn’t like her and that it’s okay.
“It’s only if you live under the rock that you won’t know who @unusualphyna is. That being said, Phyna everybody cannot like you and that’s okay. Know this and know peace”.
Kess, joining her, noted how Phyna trends pass many A-list celebrities across different industries.
