On Monday, a Lagos State High Court convicted ASP Drambi Vandi to death by hanging for the murder of Barrister Bolanle Raheem.
Mrs Raheem was killed on Christmas Day last year at a police checkpoint in Lagos by Vandi, who opened fire in her husband’s presence as they were coming from church.
The suspended cop was found guilty of murdering Omobolanle Raheem, a Lagos property lawyer, on Christmas Day.
He was found guilty and condemned to death by hanging by the Lagos State High Court sitting at Tafawa Balewa Square.
