Phyna, the winner of Big Brother Naija season 7, whose real name is Ijeoma Josephine Otabor, has expressed her concerns about her mental well-being.
Taking to her Instagram page on Friday, Phyna opened up about the difficult phase she is currently experiencing.
In her post, she acknowledged that the internal struggles she is facing feel overwhelming.
“I’m going through hell of shits. The internal battles I’m fighting are way bigger than me. Very honestly, for the very first time, my mental health is at stake.”
It is worth noting that this revelation comes several weeks after Phyna’s father publicly accused her of neglecting him and their other family members following her victory on the 2022 BBNaija show.
