JUST IN: Wanted Instagram Influencer, Killaboi Arrested in Sierra Leone

Popular Instagram Influencer, Killaboi has been arrested in sierra Leone.

CREEBHILLS recalls that the Lagos s State police had declared killaboi wanted for the alleged murder of his girlfriend, Augusta, a student of head City University, Ibadan.

The incident which toole place on July 13, saw Best accused of fatally stabbing 24 year old Augusta Onuwabhagbe Osedion during a heated arguement at his residence in Oral Estate, Ajah.

After committing the crime, Killaboi reportedly managed to obtain a Sierra Leonean passport and adopted the alias Kanu Princeton Samuel before fleeing Nigeria on July 28.

His photograph was widely circulated on social media platforms to aid in his identification.

Someone in Sierra Leone recognized the suspect and reached out to the victim’s mother through social media.

The mother then enlisted the assistance of prominent lawyer Mr. Femi Falana (SAN), who facilitated communication with Sierra Leonean law enforcement authorities.

Following confirmation his escape from Nigeria, the Lagos Police Commissioner, Mr. Idowu Ohonbunwa, directed the state police command to declare him wanted on October 10, 2023.

Subsequently, Sierra Leonean police initiated a search for Killaboi, and the victim’s family dispatched a representative to collaborate with the authorities.

Killaboi eventually arrested at a club in Freetown and is currently in custody, awaiting extradition proceedings.
