A new video circulating on social media features Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the Police Public Relations Officer (PRO), discussing the potential responsibility of Naira Marley and Sam Larry in Mohbad’s death.
In the video, Adejobi sheds light on the injuries inflicted on Mohbad and explains how those who caused harm to him could be held accountable for his demise.
It is worth noting that a photo emerged online displaying a prominent scar on the late singer’s stomach. Although the scar had healed, its size indicated a considerable injury.
Furthermore, in October 2022, a video surfaced in which Mohbad cries out after being severely beaten at Marlian’s house, resulting in bruises all over his body.
He eventually required medical treatment at the hospital, receiving intravenous fluids.
During the same year, Mohbad also disclosed that if he were to pass away, Naira Marley and Marlian Music should be held responsible since they were allegedly threatening his life.
Also, the video of Sam Larry harassing and assaulting Mohbad while he was alive also triggered reactions online.
According to Ademuyiwa, Sam Larry and Naira Marley are not safe as the degree of the injury also determines the nature of the offense.
He added that if someone causes bodily harm to someone else, it has higher punishment than assault.
He said that if an individual fights someone and causes injury to the person and the person dies within a year and a day, the law says those who caused the injuries are the ones that killed the person except the autopsy says otherwise.
