They raised a red flag of caution concerning the movie veteran, Patience Ozokwo.
Destiny Etiko took to her Instagram page, ringing the bells of alarm that Patience Ozokwo’s WhatsApp number had fallen victim to hack.
She sent series of messages requesting financial assistance, claiming she was on the brink of sending a hefty 200k to these impostors. However, in a twist of clever skepticism, she demanded they send a voice note to prove it was truly Patience Ozokwo.
Destiny made it crystal clear that the esteemed actress had never made such appeals in the past. She cautioned colleagues and fans to be careful and stay guided.
Destiny Etiko wrote;
“Pls be careful o Mama’s watsap got hacked @patienceozokwo l almost sent 200k to them o But decided to tell the guy to send me a voice note to confirm cos MAMA has never told me such b4 and the person stopped chatting me Pls let us be guided”
Uche Jombo, not one to stay silent, ventured into her comment section, revealing that she too had been targeted with a hefty demand of 300k. She didn’t stop there; she rode the wave to her Instagram story, unfurling the same financial request message she’d received from the cunning hacker.
Chinyere Wilfred, not left out of this digital showdown, placed her warning flag on her Instagram page, calling her colleagues to stand guard against these hacker.
