A video captures the moment embattled singer, Naira Marley submitted himself to the police after he arrived on home soil.
In the video, the self-acclaimed Marlian CEO is seen donning a mask as he was led into the car by men believed to be that of the Nigerian police force.
The car momentarily drove off while another one followed behind. Naira Marley is currently in custody of the Nigerian police undergoing questioning and investigations that will be aid unraveling the complex mystery of Mohbad’s death.
The footage showing the moment of the crooner’s submission has subsequently gotten a lot of netizens talking.

We remind that Naira Marley touched down in Nigeria for the first time following the demise of Mohbad.
Via his official X handle, the singer announced his return, stating that he’s out to help the Police in their investigation regarding Mohbad’s death.
He added that he’ll be meeting with the police with hopes for the truth to be uncovered and for justice to be served.
He wrote:
“I’d like to share that I’ve just arrived back in Lagos, Nigeria to assist the authorities with the ongoing investigation. It’s important I do my part for Imole. I’ll be meeting with the police with hopes for the truth to be uncovered and for justice to prevail.”
A few minutes after his tweet, Police PRO, David Hundeyin via his X handle also confirmed that Naira Marley is in their custody for interrogation.
