“You can never be the Queen of Afrobeats” – Uche Maduagwu bemoans Tiwa Savage over silence on Mohbad’s demise (Video)

Controversial actor, Uche Maduagwu, lambasts songstress, Tiwa Savage in a new post.

In a scathing critic, Uche vigorously affirmed that Tiwa Savage can never be his ‘Queen of Afrobeats’.

Uche’s criticism came in the wake of the tragic death of Mohbad. While many Nigerians and fans worldwide expressed their grief and called for justice for the crooner, Uche questioned Tiwa Savage’s seemingly unbothered reaction to the matter.

He pinpointed the absence of any posts or videos on Tiwa Savage’s social media pages clamoring for justice for Mohbad.

Uche argued that a true “Queen of Afrobeats” should have actively participated in calls for justice for her junior colleague in the industry. According to him, any female Afrobeats artist who does not support this pressing issue does not qualify for the title of “Queen of Afrobeats.”

Captioning his video, he wrote:

“You can NEVER be the Queen of #Afrobeats even if you buy a thousand brand new Range Rover cars. It’s so sad and unbelievable to know that while Nigerians and the #world Dey MOURN MOHBAD, no single #justiceformohbad post on Aunty TIWA IG, no #video of her talking about am on Twitter, like seriously? And you wish to be #Queen of Afrobeats? Any female Afrobeats #singer that can not post videos or actively join others to speak on Justice for her Junior colleague is not qualified for the title of Queen of Afrobeats, this is disgr*ceful and unacceptable.”

Reacting, some netizens reasoned in Maduagwu’s direction.
