Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy, whose real name is Damini Ogulu, has expressed his contemplation of employing 100 lawyers with the intention of filing defamation lawsuits against Nigerian bloggers.
Burna Boy mentioned that he had initially planned to use the money he offered to pay the bloggers to cease posting about him for legal battles instead.
However, he showed consideration towards the bloggers, acknowledging their pursuit of livelihood.
Burna Boy questioned why Nigerian bloggers are persistently attempting to provoke him.
On his X handle on Wednesday, Burna Boy wrote in Pidgin, “Dat money wey I wan give dem instablog dat time, e be like say na to give like 100 lawyers now, But I know say na hustle everybody dey hustle so e go pain me if I run dat kind tin. Why una dey push me na ?”
