Reactions have been sparked by a profound message published online by Yoruba Nollywood actress Kemi Afolabi about how to stand firm.
After posting a series of images on Instagram, Kemi Afolabi advised her fans and followers to be kind to themselves if they were going through difficult times. She warned about suicide as a result of many people believing they had reached rock bottom.
Kemi Afolabi went on to encourage people not to give up because most successful people who are admired face adversity at some point in their lives.
“Y’all should please take it easy on yourselves If you’re struggling with anything, many people end it all because they feel they have hit rock bottom and there is nothing left to live for💔 No!! it’s not the END.Most successful people you admire today actually did experience hardship before they finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Don’t stop burning.PLS HANG IN THERE, YOUR TIME IS ALMOST HERE”

Kemi Afolabi’s message trail the untimely death of fast-rising Nigerian rapper Oladipupo Olayode Oladimeji, popularly known as Oladips.
The singer was reported to have been going through some internal battle which led to depression.
