Rapper Oladips rushed to the hospital, battles for life

Nigerian rapper Oladips, whose real name is Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji, has expressed his thoughts on social media after the recent hoax about his death.

His management had announced on Instagram on November 15, 2023, that the 28-year-old artist had passed away on November 14, 2023, at 10:14 PM. Prior to this announcement, a video had circulated online showing Oladips collapsing, resulting in his friends rushing him to the hospital.

Qdot shared a photo of Oladips along with the caption, “My gee is alive.”

Finally, Oladips himself confirmed his existence in a new video shared on his official Instagram page’s insta-stories section on November 23, 2023.

In the video, he can be seen enjoying and vibing to one of his songs titled “Ori,” which is part of his newly released album, “Superhero Adugbo (The Memoir).”

The talented singer, known for his dreadlocked hairstyle, is back and ready to continue delivering his music to his fans.

Oladips was spotted with his mother inside the video where he disclosed in Yoruba language that there is no one like mother as they are invaluable.

He wrote; “Orisha bi Iya osi.” He also added “proof of life.”
