Veteran Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy is subjected to hot criticism online due to his comment upon hearing about the death of rapper, Oladips.
The rapper whose death was announced a few hours ago courtesy of his official Instagram page, has triggered sorrow among his fans and netizens who are shocked by the news.
In the face of this sad reality, Rudeboy was live-streaming his interview at a radio station when the news dropped and a lot of Nigerians began flooding the comment section to inform him about it.
Rudeboy’s attention was drawn to the death of Oladips and he left a comment that ignited backlashes from netizens.
Paul Okoye claimed that he didn’t know who Oladips was but still wished his soul perfect rest. Although Rudeboy’s comment looked harmless, appearing like an honest statement, some Instagram users dragged him mercilessly, tagging the statement as inappropriate.
