Nigerian singer, Wizkid visits Mayegun of Yorubaland, K1 De Ultimate at his Ijebu Ode country home, to show appreciation for performing at his mum’s burial.
We recall that the Fuji maestro was one of the performers at the recently held burial ceremony of the late Wizkid’s mum who died recently.
The burial ceremony which shook the world at the time, was star packed and a memorable one, not only for attendees but netizens who were privileged to watch some scenes in video clips.
According to the Yoruba custom, it’s a necessity for celebrants to appreciate some of their attendees by paying homage to them at their residence.
A tradition which Afrobeat star, Wizkid just respected here, as he was accompanied by staffs and colleagues to K1 De Ultimatee’s place of residence in Ijebu Ode in the bid to appreciate his coming to the party.
