Bella Shmurda, the renowned Afrobeat singer, recently expressed his desire to leave the music industry and pursue a new career path as a TikTok influencer.
During a live session with his colleague Small Doctor, Bella Shmurda disclosed that his motivation stemmed from observing another associate make a substantial amount of money in a short period on the TikTok platform.
This opportunity seemed more lucrative compared to his current music career.
Bella Shmurda revealed his intention to fully commit to becoming a TikTok influencer, where he can effortlessly generate income by creating content and engaging with fans through livestreams. Fans would then reward him with cashable tokens.
“He has withdrawn about N500K! I’m not releasing music again, even if I want to, I’d drop lowlife. I want to be doing strictly TikTok,” he said in part.
Small Doctor encouraged Bella Shmurda to continue making music while incorporating the TikTok approach by recording live performances on the platform.
However, Bella Shmurda declined the suggestion, emphasizing his preference for privacy while recording songs, as opposed to being distracted by a crowd watching him.
“I like to do my music in a way without people around, It’s just money I am looking for now,” he added.
