Popular Nigerian comedian, Mr Jollof, also known as Freedom Okpetoritse Atsepoyi, has issued an apology to singer Duncan Mighty.
The comedian had previously criticized Duncan Mighty for not honoring his contract and failing to appear at a concert in Warri, Delta State, even after receiving payment of N3 million.
However, after being refunded, Mr Jollof has expressed regret for his actions and acknowledged that he was given incorrect information regarding the singer’s intentions.
He said, “Bros, abeg no vex. We youths we are quick to react due to stigmatisation. I didn’t believe you would scam me but the advices I was receiving from people was why I called you out.
“Please don’t be angry with me. All my threats were mere rantings. Forgive me, I’m not perfect.”
Additionally, he extended apologies to DJ Barbie for a similar situation, as she also did not appear at the show despite receiving payment.
