A touching video featuring renowned Nigerian Gospel singer Yinka Ayefele and his children has emerged online.
The video captures the heartfelt moment when his 4-year-old triplets inquire why their father is unable to stand.
It is worth mentioning that Yinka Ayefele, the founder of Fresh FM, endured a life-altering car accident on December 12th, 1997, exactly 26 years ago today, resulting in his reliance on a wheelchair.
Nonetheless, he recently welcomed triplets, after 25 years of struggling with infertility, with his wife Temitope on January 18th, 2019, in the USA.
In the video, two of his triplets, specifically one named Richard, can be seen posing the question, to which Yinka Ayefele acknowledges that his children regularly ask him this, as they long for him to stand upright.
With attempts to remain composed, Yinka Ayefele explained to his triplets that his inability to stand is a result of the motor accident he had.
Captioning the video, Yinka Ayefele wrote; “THEY ALWAYS WANT ME TO STAND UP…AND THEY KEPT ASKING ME WHY EVERY DAY EVEN UP TILL LAST NIGHT…I TRIED HARD NOT TO BE EMOTIONAL..INDEED IT WAS MY TURNING POINT. 12/12/1997. :TO GOD BE THE GLORY.”
