Bella Okagbue, a Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ housemate, has defended her co-star and friend, Phyna, against reports that she turned down a N5 million s3x offer.
In the newest episode of her podcast, Spill with Phyna, the reality star described how a male admirer offered her N5 million for sex at a nightclub, which she denied and forced the man to leave.
She went on to say that she had asked the man for his account number so that she could give him the money.
Many didn’t believe her story, especially the point where she asked to transfer the said amount to him. Coming to her BFF’s defense, Bella via her Twitter account, noted how poverty always makes people think it’s a lie. According to her, when people can’t afford things, they assume others are lying.
Bella stated that N5 million is just a flight ticket for many.
“When they think it’s a lie cause they can’t afford it. 5m is literally just a flight ticket”.
