Burna Boy’s furious departure from a performance in Ivory Coast has sparked a major discussion. The incident was captured on video and shared on the microblogging platform, X, by user @seansnoozy.
A local Ivory Coast resident, who was eagerly looking forward to seeing Burna Boy perform in his country, had even taken on the role of a stage manager to get closer to his idol.
Initially, the atmosphere was positive and Burna Boy had a great rapport with the enthusiastic crowd.
However, a few minutes into the performance, sound issues arose and he abruptly left the stage in anger.
In the video, Burna Boy can be seen in the car park passionately instructing the driver to leave the venue immediately.
