Harrysong, the Nigerian singer and songwriter, whose real name is Harrison Tare Okiri, has addressed rumors about his marriage with wife Alexer Perez Gopa.
Recently, an Instagram blogger named Cutie Juls alleged that Harrysong had asked his pregnant wife to have an abortion.
Screenshots of a conversation were shared, supposedly between Harrysong and Alexer, where he expressed concerns about having only female children.
Responding to these rumors, Harrysong took to the insta-stories section of his official Instagram page.
He expressed that his family is currently going through a difficult time due to these stories.
While he did not directly confirm or deny the allegations, he did request that the public respect his family’s privacy during this challenging period.
He wrote; “After much reflection and discussion with my family, I have decided to put out this to my fans and well wishers, that while this is undoubtedly a challenging time for my family on the stories making round on social media of the marital problems my wife and i are having, I am appealing to members of the public to respect my family’s privacy this period and also to kindly request for your outmost understanding pls.. Thanks for the love and support.”
