Phyna, a former contestant of BBNaija, has taken legal action by filing a petition against a hair vendor, alleging conspiracy and cyberbullying. The vendor, Damilola Olaore, had accused Phyna of refusing to return a wig that was rented from her.
While Phyna admitted to renting the wig, she denied the accusations made against her.
According to Phyna, she did return the wig after being called out, but the vendor refused to accept it. Phyna justified her decision to keep the wig, stating that the harm caused by the hair vendor outweighed the value of the wig.
The situation escalated to the point where the hair vendor even involved the police after finding Phyna absent from her residence.
In a recent update, Phyna expressed that she was falsely accused and had no knowledge of the rented status of the wig in December 2023. She revealed that she has been constantly subjected to bullying and embarrassment over a matter she was unaware of.
In her words: “For some reason in December, I was falsely accused for what I knew nothing about…. And I have been constantly bullied and embarrassed over a rented wig. which I repeat I never knew it was rented, with the help of the Nigeria police force. I am pleased to say Justice is coming.🥺🥺🥺🥺
