Reality TV star Tacha Akide has strongly criticized the practice of waking up at 4 am to cook.
She expressed this view during a Podcast discussion with Phyna, stating that this lifestyle is typically for those who are not financially well-off.
Tacha suggested that once one is financially capable, it is more practical to hire a private chef for cooking duties.
Phyna, her co-host, supported this perspective by referring to it as “soft life,” claiming that only someone like Regina Daniels, who is married to Ned Nwoko, could offer advice on such matters.
