Nigerian comedian Seyi Law has attacked rapper Eedris Abdulkareem for claiming that he regrets supporting President Tinubu.
Hours ago, Eedris Abdulkareem caused a sensation online when he claimed in an interview that Seyi Law told him he regretted supporting President Tinubu.
To refresh your recollection, Seyi Law was one of the few celebrities who boldly campaigned for the President during the General Election.
According to Eedris, Seyi regrets his decision one year later, citing how he had been humiliated and cursed for his support for him, as well as how he had stopped accepting money at his gigs.
Eedris stated that the comedian made this known to me at an event they had linked up. He also told the rapper that he never received any money from Tinubu as he only supported him for his interest in his mandate.
Reacting to it, Seyi Law, in a tweet, expressed his love for Eedris as he debunked the allegation. He called on his colleague, Short Family, as he questioned when he had ever made such a statement.
“Eedris na person wey I love, but this is not true abeg. @iamshortfamily when I talk this one for your show?”.
