Manchester City defeated rivals Manchester United 3-1, owing to Phil Foden’s two goals.

Despite an early shock from Marcus Rashford’s long-range strike, which put United ahead, City recovered forcefully in the second half.

Foden equalized with a fantastic strike in the 56th minute, beating United goalkeeper Andre Onana.

As the game went on, City’s dominance paid reward. Foden scored his second goal with ten minutes remaining, putting City ahead.
