A Nollywood actress, Lizzy Gold has cautioned against carrying grudges and gossip.

Without exposing any identities, Lizzy advised the individual to avoid talking and keeping grudges. Some of her followers assumed she was chatting to a colleague.

If you have problem with anyone ..call the person and trash it out..stop gossiping with the person’s name …stop keeping grudges in your hearts…life is too short …
