The widow of the late Mohbad, Wunmi, has been ordered by a Magistrate Court in Ikorodu to conduct a DNA test on his son, Liam.
This decision was disclosed on Wednesday, April 17, in a statement signed by Monisola Odumosu, a member of the legal team representing the Aloba family.
Joseph Aloba, Mohbad’s father, requested permission to serve Wunmi with the court documents related to the DNA test by posting them at her last-known address.
Despite two unsuccessful attempts by the sheriff to serve Wunmi in person, the court has granted permission to serve her through posting the documents at her last known address as per the request of Emmanuel Oroko’s legal team.
“If the process were served on the last-known address of the respondent by Order of the Court, it would constitute good service and she would be aware of the pending suit.”
