“The judgment does not make any sense” – Activist Deji Adeyanju reacts to Bobrisky’s 6 months prison term

In a recent social media post, Deyi Adeyanju, a well-known Nigerian activist and lawyer, commented on crossdresser Bobrisky’s 6-month prison term.

Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos has sentenced cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, commonly known as Bobrisky, to six months in prison with no prospect of a fine.

The judgment was issued this morning, April 12, 2024. Bobrisky will serve his six-month sentence at the Ikoyi Correctional Centre.

In response, Deji Adeyanju stated that the ruling regarding Bobrisky was illogical, adding that the crossdresser.
