At a press conference on Tuesday, Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti expressed his confidence that his team could overcome Manchester City in their Champions League quarter-final second leg.
Ancelotti shrugged off any worries, stating that he is not losing sleep over the upcoming match and believes Madrid can make history by winning away at City for the first time.
“Nothing makes me lose sleep,” he said.
“I’m very confident in my team and my players, and what we’ve done this season.
“Statistics are made to be broken.”
The Italian reflected on their thrilling 3-3 draw at the Santiago Bernabeu and noted that they were defeated 4-0 at the Etihad in the previous season.
