Megan Thee Stallion sued for allegedly forcing cameraman to watch sexual act

The American rapper known as Megan Pete, or Megan Thee Stallion, stands accused of sexual harassment by her personal photographer, Emilio Garcia.

In a lawsuit recently filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Garcia, who has been working closely with Megan since 2018, alleges that the hip-hop artist coerced him into witnessing a sexual act while they were in a moving vehicle.

Additional claims outlined in the legal complaint point to breaches of employment regulations and disparaging remarks made by Megan Thee Stallion towards Garcia’s body weight.

Garcia is now pursuing unspecified compensatory and punitive damages, with his legal representative characterizing the situation as one of evident “sexual harassment and fat-shaming”.

“Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman,” Garcia’s attorney, Ron Zambrano stated.

Conversely, Megan Thee Stallion has refuted the accusations.

According to a statement from the rapper’s legal counsel, Alex Spiro, the lawsuit appears primarily motivated by a desire to secure a financial settlement.

“This is an employment claim for money—with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her.

“We will deal with this in court,” he added.
