President Bola Tinubu has expressed admiration for the entrepreneurial achievement of Dangote Oil and Gas Limited in diminishing the gantry price of Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), commonly referred to as diesel.

It has been reported by CREEBHILLS that the corporation recently decreased the gantry price of AGO from N1,650 to N1,000 per liter for a minimum purchase of one million liters of the product, along with granting a discount of N30 per liter for a purchase of five million liters and above.

In a statement, Ajuri Ngelale, the spokesperson for the presidency, highlighted that the price adjustment signifies a substantial 60 percent reduction, which is expected to significantly influence the prices of various commodities and services.
