Juventus narrowly avoided a shocking defeat to salvage a 1-1 draw against relegated Salernitana

Juventus almost avoided a catastrophic defeat, drawing 1-1 with already relegated Salernitana.

Juventus failed to find their footing early on, allowing Salernitana to grab an unexpected lead through Niccolò Pierozzi’s header from a corner.

However, Adrien Rabiot finally leveled the score in stoppage time, sliding in at the far post to convert Manuel Locatelli’s flick-on from a corner.

Despite late chances for both sides, including a thunderous strike from Fabio Miretti that rattled the underside of the bar, the match ended in a stalemate.

The draw extends Juventus’ winless streak to five matches in the Serie A.
