Sam Larry, an associate of Nigerian musician Naira Marley, has refuted allegations of issuing threats to musician Davido amid the conflict with Wizkid.
Recent reports suggested that the associate had intervened in the dispute between the renowned musicians and had conveyed a warning to Davido, prompting him to offer an apology.
It was reported that Sam had presented Davido with a deadline and had indicated his intention to intervene if an apology was not issued.
“Davido. Abi kini o pe. I give you 25 hours to apologize to Machala or I might have to step in”, the alleged post read.
In response, Sam Larry clarified that he had not made any such declaration, dismissing the narrative as fictitious and criticizing bloggers for disseminating inaccurate information about him.
“This is fake story. Sam Larry never posted such thing. Stop posting fake rumors about Sam Larry “, he wrote via his Instagram story.

Recalling recent events, social media was abuzz on Monday following Wizkid’s provocation of Davido by sharing a video depicting Davido soliciting sexual favors from a woman.
Wizkid posted the video online while interacting with his fans, who were pressing him for new music releases, instructing them to implore him as Davido had done.
Responding to Wizkid, Davido condemned him for his actions and accused him of domestic violence. Davido also implored Wizkid to engage with him, to which Wizkid responded by utilizing the same incriminating video, leading to a heated exchange between the two musicians.
