Model Crystal McKinney has initiated legal proceedings against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, asserting that he administered a substance to her and engaged in sexual misconduct.
Upon becoming aware of the legal action taken by his former partner Cassie Ventura, she felt compelled to speak out.
According to legal records obtained by TMZ, the purported incident involving Diddy and Crystal transpired in 2003 during Men’s Fashion Week.
At the age of 22, Crystal alleges that she encountered the musician at a social gathering, where he extended an invitation to his music studio along with some acquaintances.
She recollected that the group indulged in alcohol and marijuana, with her claiming that the joint she smoked had potent effects, suggesting the presence of a controlled substance.
She maintains that Diddy instructed her to accompany him to the restroom, where he purportedly engaged in non-consensual actions, including kissing her and exposing himself in an inappropriate manner.
Following her rejection, she asserts that he exerted physical force to compel her into performing oral sex.
In her formal complaint, she recounts losing consciousness and subsequently awakening in a taxi.
Subsequent to the alleged incident, Crystal contends that she encountered professional repercussions within the modeling sphere, leading to a period of emotional distress and suicidal ideation in 2004. She is pursuing unspecified damages from the artist.
In November 2023, Diddy’s former partner Cassie Ventura initiated legal action against him, alleging instances of sexual assault and physical abuse throughout their decade-long relationship.
Last week, a video of Diddy beating up Cassie in a hotel hallway was released. The 54-year-old said he was “f**ked up” and “disgusted” by his behaviour.
