Anael Mevoung, a Gabonese woman, has shared her thoughts on people who end their relationships due to challenging situations.
In a post on Twitter (now X), Anael wrote that if a man can break up with his pregnant girlfriend, she does not see a problem if a woman leaves her husband because he lost his job.
Anael established the connection between the two instances and concluded that it should be OK for a woman to leave a man because he is unemployed and unable to provide for her.
Her statement comes only weeks after an American woman went viral for divorcing her husband because he lost his job.
Anael tweeted,
“If a man is able to leave a pregnant woman, then I also don’t see any problem for a woman to leave a man when he loses his job.”

@omari_kenya wrote, “The good thing about losing a job is you can get another but pregnancy is a rubber stamp for life. Women will always be bigger losers in that context”
