In a recent interview with Revolt, Nigerian singer Young Jonn revealed that he stumbled into the music industry by accident.
He explained that he never intended to become an artist, but life had other plans for him.
“I never really planned to be an artist, but life played out,” he said.
On his transition from producer to artiste, Jonn said, “It was a learning process. It’s a whole different ball game. It’s a whole different hustle, grind and business.
“It took me time, but I think I’m getting hold of it.”
During his journey as a musician, Young Jonn found inspiration from artists such as Olamide, Kizz Daniel, and Lil Kesh.
He began his career working with Olamide’s YBNL Nation and went on to produce several songs for Lil Kesh, Olamide, and other artists signed to the label.
