Usher has announced his upcoming concert film titled “Usher: Rendezvous in Paris,” set to be released on 12 September.
The film captures his eight-show residency during Paris Fashion Week at La Seine Musicale in 2023.
Directed by Anthony Mandler, the film offers a glimpse into Usher‘s life and features hits like “Yeah” and “Love In This Club.”
“USHER: RENDEZVOUS IN PARIS is coming to cinemas WORLDWIDE Sept 12 – 15,” the artist announced on Instagram on Tuesday. “It was a gift to perform in the City of Lights and I can’t wait to share that gift to U.”
It will premiere in 2000 theatres worldwide.
He described performing in Paris as a “special experience” and is gearing up for his Usher: Past Present Future tour starting in Atlanta, Georgia on 14 August.
“Paris was a special experience for me as an entertainer and for my fans,” he shared. “I hope those who weren’t able to make it in person get to experience how special it was. For those of you who were there, I hope you see the show through a different lens.”
