The popular Nigerian crossdresser, Bobrisky, also known as Idris Okuneye, has been released from police custody after serving a six-month sentence for the abuse of Naira.
Bobrisky was arrested during actress Eniola Ajao’s film premiere for ‘Ajakaju’ and was charged with Abuse of the Naira and Money laundering by the EFCC.
Although the money laundering charges were dismissed, he was convicted of Naira Abuse and ordered to serve time in EFCC detention in Lagos.
Bobrisky has now been released and was warmly welcomed by Eniola Ajao and their female friend in a video capturing his release.
