Comrade Joe Ajaero, President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), has left the Labour House headquarters in Abuja to accept a police invitation about alleged terrorism financing and other issues.
Ajaero, accompanied by the Congress legal representative, Femi Falana, and senior Labour leaders, left the Pascal Bafyau House, the NLC’s headquarters in Abuja, shortly before 10 a.m. on Thursday.
The NLC parade proceeded to the IRT Complex, Old Abattoir, located near Guzape Junction in Abuja.
Already, NLC has directed members to embark on a nationwide solidarity march on Thursday as its President appears before the Nigeria Police Force for interrogation on allegations of criminal conspiracy, terrorism financing, treasonable felony, subversion and cybercrime.
