The X account of Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe appears to have been hacked, with comments complimenting Manchester United and Cristiano Ronaldo.
The event occurred on Wednesday night.
During the hack, the perpetrator lauded Ronaldo as football’s greatest-ever player rather than Lionel Messi, ruled out a return to Paris Saint-Germain, praised United, and criticized other clubs.
The tweets have since been deleted but this has proven to be a chaotic day or so for Mbappe.
The 25-year-old swapped PSG for Madrid earlier this summer but hasn’t quite hit the ground running.
Despite that, manager Carlo Ancelotti has backed the France international to come good.
