Lizzy Gold, a Nollywood actress, has joined the hundreds of voices criticizing the country’s current state of affairs.
On her Instagram page, she remarked that a new gas pump costs N1000 per litre and that food in the market is quite expensive.
Concerned about how people are surviving, she noted how many are starving and dying, and there is insecurity everywhere, with a daily increase in kidnapping.
She made an emotional appeal to the President, urging him to act, noting how much the citizens looked up to him.
“The price of new petrol pump is now N1000 for a litre. Foodstuffs in the market is extremely expensive. How do we survive this? People are hungry. People are dying. Insecurity everywhere. Kidnapping is on the rise.
