Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye Olanrewaju, commonly recognized by the moniker Bobrisky, has once again captured public attention following an extraordinary exhibition of gratitude towards prominent female celebrities who collectively bestowed upon him an astounding sum of N18.7 million.
Recently released from prison, where he had confessed to his involvement in a naira mutilation incident, Bobrisky utilized his Instagram platform to convey a heartfelt message celebrating the women who supported him during his most challenging moments.
In a succession of posts, Bobrisky asserted that no quantity of Instagram slides could adequately encapsulate his profound appreciation for these exceptional women. With passionate reverence, he proclaimed that these women epitomize the essence of authentic friendship and asserted that they represent the strength and influence of women on a global scale.
Bobrisky invoked divine blessings, expressing the hope that as these women had alleviated his sorrow, the divine would reciprocate by alleviating theirs.
He subsequently disclosed the remarkable financial assistance he received: actress Eniola Ajao contributed an impressive N6 million, while both Funke Akindele and Tiwa Savage each donated N2.5 million. Tonto Dikeh also generously contributed N1 million.
Despite the grandeur of his expressions of gratitude, Bobrisky left an intriguing aspect unresolved—whether this considerable support was provided during his period of incarceration or subsequent to his release.
The crossdresser’s dramatic disclosure and fervent expressions of gratitude have incited a flurry of reactions across social media platforms, underscoring the significant impact of these celebrity affiliations.
