Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has communicated a profound message to her extensive following regarding the importance of displaying goodness and kindness.
By utilizing her Instagram platform to upload new images, she advised her audience against regretting their benevolence towards undeserving individuals. Angela Okorie emphasized that one’s benevolent actions reveal their true nature, while their conduct reflects their character.
Angela Okorie has been publicly criticizing her fellow industry peers for more than a year, particularly those who have betrayed her trust. She directed her anger towards Kate Henshaw, accusing her of hypocrisy and defamation. Allegations were made by Angela that Kate had spread negative rumors about her lack of respect to others in their circle.
Another individual targeted by Angela’s criticism was Uche Elendu, who was accused of breaching her privacy by filming her during a vulnerable period and sharing the footage with a blogger named SDK. Questioning the authenticity of their friendship, Angela highlighted how they, along with others, ridiculed her suffering while pretending to care for her.
Furthermore, she involved Anita Joseph in the controversy, labeling her as the most despicable among them, and exposed both Anita and Uche for engaging in questionable activities with a traditional healer for publicity.
More recently, Zubby Michael was publicly reprimanded by Angela for his ingratitude, as she recounted her acts of generosity towards him, only to be met with actions that caused her distress.
Accusations were also directed at Mercy Johnson, along with her mother, for allegedly practicing witchcraft. Subsequently, Angela engaged in an Instagram Live session with Mercy Johnson’s former close friend, who accused her of witchcraft and implicated her deceased mother. The individual asserted that Mercy was complicit in supernatural occurrences within Nollywood and had interfered with the success of popular music group Style Plus and other industry colleagues.
Angela Okorie also addressed the Nigerian public who attributed her vocal criticisms to a mental breakdown.
In December of the previous year, Okorie disclosed her intentions to block numerous colleagues after closely monitoring their behavior. The single mother expressed disappointment in colleagues who did not engage with her content on Instagram, despite her efforts to support their posts, and vowed to remove them from her online circle due to their insincerity.
