Adedamola Oyinlola Adefolahan, better known as Fireboy DML, has disclosed that he is now working on a collaborative Extended Play (EP) with his colleague, Lekan Osifeso Jnr., well known as Lojay.
During an interview with The Beat 99.9 FM, a Lagos firefighter stated:
“I’m working on a joint EP with Lojay. We have a very great relationship in the studio.”
Fireboy, who recently released his fourth studio album of the same name, Adedamola, enjoyed collaborating on the song “Back N Forth” with seasoned Nigerian afrobeat artist, singer-songwriter, and drummer Bisade Ologunde, popularly known as Lagbaja.
Fireboy said:
“Lagbaja is the most meticulous artiste I ever worked with. I wished he had taken his mask off but he wore it all through our time in the studio. I learnt a lot from him during the session.”
Fans can expect soulful vocals, groovy beats, and heartfelt lyrics exploring love, passion, and self-discovery themes.
